Linda Strawberry (real name Linda Michelle Rowberry) is the nom de plume of a Los Angeles singer, best known as Billy Corgan's touring bandmate on the Future Embrace Tour. She signed to Chrysalis Records with a publishing development deal, but announced in her blog in October 2006 that she has since left the label, citing artistic differences. She is also known for engineering Sara McLachlan's "Afterglow" at the age of 21.[1] She also worked with Billy Corgan and Matt Sweeney appearing on the soundtrack to the movie "Spun".

It is estimated that she completed thirty songs with various producers for her debut album. She has discussed her opinions on the turmoil going on in the music industry, and its collapse, frequently on her blog. She started her own label called "LOVELY CHAOS RECORDS" and released The Lost Record EP in August 2007 online via iTunes, snocap, Amazon, Napster and other outlets. The Lost Record EP includes six songs: "The Ballerine Song", "Dig", "Color", "Fuck You I'm Beautiful", "Reckless Heart", and "Thieves". She has a new release titled "Lip Distortion" due out on June 1, 2009, including songs "Magnolia", "Scarletta", "Fight", "Mute" and "Senora".[2]

She has appeared on The Jimmy Chamberlin Complex album Life Begins Again, and on the soundtrack of 2002 movie Spun as well acting as an engineer on Sarah McLachlan's latest record. She has worked with Bjorn Thorsrud, Alan Moulder, Bon Harris. She sang a duet with David Coverdale on his 2001 solo record "Into the Light". She appeared with Billy Corgan on the very last Bozo the Clown Show. She was also active as a production assistant to the Zwan project.[3] She contributed artwork to the reissue of Smashing Pumpkins' Zeitgeist. She appears in the Smashing Pumpkins videos for "That's the Way (My Love Is)" and "Superchrist". Linda has created the cover DVD art for Smashing Pumpkins Documentary "If All Goes Wrong", which was released in November 2008. She also created the Frowning Harlequin image for the Smashing Pumpkins 20th Anniversary Tour. She designed the spider shirt worn during that tour, and also the boxset artwork for the Livesmashingpumpkins.com release of the songs performed on that tour. She announced in April 2009 that she is developing a clothing line with Billy Corgan. Smashingpumpkins.com reports that she has been in the studio with Billy Corgan, Mark Tulin of Electric Prunes, Kerry Brown ex-husband of original Smashing Pumpkins bass player D'arcy Wretzky, and current husband of Stacy Sher. She has worked with Kristin Burns creating artwork for Good Charlotte, and The Veronicas.

In March 2008 Strawberry was chosen to appear in a national Peta2 "Fur Is Dead" campaign.[4]

August 2009 Strawberry joined Billy Corgan, Dave Navarro, and others to do a tour under the band name Spirits in the Sky.
